Each person in the house must present their passport at check in because of the registration on Baleares.
In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotax) per stay 2,20€/ person/ night. It is not applicable to children under the age of 16.
If your reservation is a month or more than a month, the bills of the house are paid by the costumers.
