Check in from 16:00 till 22:00 (Late check in has extra fee!).
Check out until 10:00 (Late check out has extra fee!).
Each person in the house must present their passport at check in because of the registration on Baleares.
In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotax) per stay 2,20€/ person/ night. It is not applicable to children under the age of 16.
If your reservation is a month or more than a month, the bills of the house are paid by the costumers.
