Modern house, furnished with very good taste in the center of Port Andratx. It is located a few steps from the most famous restaurants and bars in the port. Unbeatable location in a very romantic square a couple of meters from the main street of Port Andratx or the port. Perfect choice for families or a small group of friends, who want to enjoy the elegance of this house and the most beautiful port on the island.
The house has three floors, where on the third floor there is a beautiful roof terrace to enjoy the outdoors, sunbathing in the hammocks and a good wine.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom in the main room, where there is also a private terrace.
On the main floor is the combination of the living room, dining room and kitchen with access to a small patio to read your magazine or have your morning coffee. In the patio there is an outdoor shower to cool off on the hottest days. This floor also has a toilet.
The entire house has hot-cold air conditioning that runs through ducts and free Wi-Fi.

In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotax) per stay 2,20€/ person/ night. It is not applicable to children under the age of 16.
Each person in the house must present their passport at check in because of the registration on Baleares.
If your reservation is a month or more than a month, the bills of the house are paid by the costumers.
