The finca has a tennis court, a swimming pool, a ping pong table, a chill out terrace and a barbecue. All for private use! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a toilet in the main house and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom in the separate apartment next door.

In this property we are obliged to charge a tax (ecotax) per stay 2,20€/ person/ night. It is not applicable to children under the age of 16.
Each person in the house must present their passport at check in because of the registration on Baleares.
If your reservation is a month or more than a month, the bills of the house are paid by the costumers.
